Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant at EMC, you will be the organizational backbone of our operations. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-focused, but on-site work and travel within the King County area can be expected as well. You’ll support internal teams & clients, assist with scheduling and follow-ups, and ensure tasks, communications, and details are handled proactively and efficiently.

This is not a “wait for instructions” role. Success in this position requires someone who anticipates needs, follows through without reminders, and genuinely cares about the people they’re supporting - both clients and teammates.
