Job Summary:
Bobcat Property Management is one of the most respected full-service residential property management companies in the Carson City area. In business since 2014 - we don't just manage properties - we improve the lives or real estate investors and residents.
At Bobcat Property Management, we believe that when property management is performed with integrity and transparency, both tenant and landlords benefit.
This role offers the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor, combined with the structure and support of a team with proven systems for managing condos, townhomes, and single-family homes owned by small independent landlords.
Our property managers are backed by a dedicated team! From leasing and utility management to occupied wellness inspections, the team handles the day-to-day tasks so you can focus on being the best property manager possible.
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a portfolio of properties throughout Carson City, Carson Valley, and Dayton.
  • Be the direct point of contact for your portfolio including owners, residents, and vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Bobcat Property Management to present our services.
  • Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
  • Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes.
  • Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
