Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, known for its sophisticated litigation practice and exceptional client service. The firm specializes in complex commercial disputes, internal investigations, and appellate matters, representing a diverse range of high-profile clients. They are seeking a Senior Legal Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to Partners and their legal teams.

$45/hr - $50/hr
Position Overview
The Senior Legal Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to attorneys, providing comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities Of The Senior Legal Executive Assistant
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for attorneys and legal staff.
  • Arrange catering and conference room accommodations for meetings and client events.
  • Process, monitor, and reconcile vendor and client invoices while addressing billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile attorney accounts and assist with financial tracking and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and special projects as needed.
