About the Team: An established professional services organization is seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a fast-paced corporate team.
What You'll Do:
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, contacts, and meeting coordination for multiple senior stakeholders
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, reservations, and issue resolution
• Own meeting logistics, including guest access, room setup, catering, materials, and attendance tracking
• Prepare correspondence, files, contact lists, org charts, and other administrative documents
• Process expense reports, including reimbursements and expense tracking
• Support team events, meetings, conferences, administrative coordination, and special projects
• Anticipate team needs while handling confidential information with professionalism
