Executive Assistant to the Owner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our executive team! In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating efficient project execution. This is not a typical assistant role. This role goes beyond a traditional administrative position. You’ll work directly with the owner, supporting day to day operations across multiple locations and helping keep priorities aligned and moving forward.

What You’ll Do

You will be the force that keeps everything moving forward.

  • Own the owner’s calendar, priorities, and communication.
  • Anticipate problems and solve them before they happen
  • Coordinate across multiple businesses, teams, and priorities
  • Track projects, follow ups, and execution relentlessly
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members clearly and professionally
  • Help filter decisions and keep focus on what actually matters
