Our client's Independent Financial Services Firm located in the Lewes, DE area is growing and looking to add a key employee. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate / Client Service Specialist or similar client-facing role
  • 1+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (Example: Financial Advisory Firm, RIA, Etc.)
  • CRM Software experience (Example: Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, ACT, etc.)
  • Financial Services Software experience (Example: eMoney, Money Guide Pro, etc.)
  • Office Software Products experience (Example: Docusign, TeamUp, MS Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, Skype, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field of study is preferred
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification is a plus
  • FINRA Securities Licensing is a plus

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. In providing excellent client service as a Client Service Associate / Client Service Specialist you will:
  • Greet clients in-person, by phone, email, video call, etc., in a warm, friendly manner
  • Initiate and track client paperwork and account transactions effectively (Example: New or existing account paperwork processing, RMD forms, etc.)
  • Assist clients with routine account servicing needs (Example: Accessing account portals, e-sign documents, address changes, beneficiary changes, general questions and troubleshooting when necessary)
  • Assist in planning, confirming and attending weekday, evening client events (2-3 monthly)
  • Provide support for the sales, marketing, and events teams as needed
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and appointment-setting calls to client event attendees and prospective leads
  • Provide both pre/post client meeting support for the Financial Advisory / Financial Planning team (Example: Meeting preparations, follow up letters/communications, money transfers, contributions, etc.)
  • Complete other various industry specific administrative tasks within established filing timelines/deadlines
  • Update CRM System, financial services software system and client data to reflect current and accurate information
  • Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved, achieving expected service and client satisfaction levels
  • Provide client-centric services to clients while developing a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation
  • Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met
  • Develop effective in-person and virtual working relationships with the Financial Advisor(s), company staff and vendors, ultimately providing effective, high-quality service for clients
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and account issue resolution

COMPENSATION:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Compensation (Base Salary + Bonuses/Incentives)
