Job description

Sr. Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organization in East Phoenix, who is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and enjoys serving as a trusted business partner. This job is fully onsite, and is compensating up to $95,000.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President, managing daily priorities and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive-level documents.
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate special projects and assist with department initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the VP or SVP level.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
