Executive Assistant Job Summary

This is a PT job with the opportunity to lead to FT. This isn’t a traditional admin role. You’ll be an operations partner who understands priorities deeply enough to own projects end-to-end, asking questions and trusting yourself are essential.


We are welcoming a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive in a variety of administrative tasks. The right candidate will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the executive, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing 
  • Manage calendars and contact lists
  • Prepare reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate operations: day-to-day, longer range planning, strategizing
  • Maintain detailed records 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner

Executive Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preferred, but not necessary: bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Preferred, but not necessary: 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with MacBook
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
