Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist the President by working with members of the executive staff on assignments and independently administer matters as required in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct matters pertaining to President and Scottish Rite for Children Board of Trustees in an efficient and professional manner

  • Assist and interact with the Chairman of the Board and trustees whenever needed, in their responsibility to the hospital

  • Manage correspondence for the Chairman when appropriate

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, calls, and commitments

  • Prepare meeting notes, agendas, summaries, and supporting documents

  • Handle special projects for the President as requested on a timely and efficient basis; work Includes handling request from trustees, community members, volunteers, and staff in order to uphold the mission of the hospital

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Executive Assistant to a senior executive - preferably a CEO in a large or mid-sized healthcare environment

  • Proven ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and sensitive information in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high attention to detail

  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to take accurate and detailed meeting notes and minutes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, calendars, spreadsheets, and shared electronic filing systems
