Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing non-profit in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the team. This is a full-time-in-office Monday through Friday position. Pay range is $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies, catering for events, vendor relations, and additional supplies for events as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by executives.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • 2 years recent experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
