Salary: $15-$18/hour

About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur managing multiple businesses. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and can seamlessly manage a variety of tasks with minimal oversight.


This role is part-time to start, with the potential to grow as the working relationship develops.


Responsibilities


Manage and maintain calendar scheduling and appointments
Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple business ventures
Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and communications as needed
Conduct research and compile information as requested
Assist with a variety of administrative and business support tasks
Anticipate needs and proactively address them before they become issues


Qualifications


Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks
Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
