Job Description Summary:The Assistant Manager, Executive Support & Estate Management, is to provide comprehensive support to company executives while overseeing estate management operations. This role involves coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of executive and estate-related activities.Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to company executives
  • Manage expenses, track budgets, and process invoices related to company-operated estates
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, communication, and performance management
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support staff management, including scheduling, onboarding, and training

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, hospitality, or a related field
