Job description

Evodyne is an educational robotics startup in downtown Mountain View. We design and make our own robots right here in Mountain View for nationwide schools and universities, and we also host educational programs using those same robots. There is no other robotics company doing things the way we do, and we are making a special impact on the future of robotics.

With growing brand recognition and demand for our robots, we are actively seeking an organized, detail-oriented and high-energy candidate to fill a Front Desk And Executive Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive training on using several marketing tools, including digital advertising with Google Ads, social media marketing, and others.
  • Report directly to, and communicate on behalf of the CEO for daily business activities
  • Welcoming and orienting high-value visitors
  • Ability and temperament to work with sensitive information
  • Assist with events/tradeshow preparation as needed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, eg ChatGPT and others.
  • Writing outbound emails
  • Service oriented mindset, with a high-class, polished presentation at all times
  • General office management tasks
  • Spreadsheets, documents
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus

More:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Any of hostess, upscale retail, journalism, hospitality, front desk experience is a plus
  • Work well both independently and in a team
