Executive Assistant Position

HERS Advisors has partnered with a successful multiservice law firm who have a need for a stellar Executive Assistant to work in their West Los Angeles office (hybrid). The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support for firm's Co-Chair, who is based in the Los Angeles Office. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, coordination of meetings, travel, and special projects. The Executive Assistant will also have knowledge of firm policies and procedures and familiarity with the management teams and various legal departments within the firm.

Requirements for Executive Assistant:

  • High School diploma.
  • 5+ years of providing executive level support in a law firm environment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage sensitive correspondence, draft professional and confidential responses, and safeguard highly sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, but also have good judgment to be able to work well independently, especially when making scheduling decisions on behalf of the Co-Chair
  • Ability to work efficiently and thoughtfully in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to juggle various assignments simultaneously and pivot quickly when unexpected issues arise.
  • Proficient in iManage, Chrome River, MS Office, and other similar systems.
  • Ability to work through complex document markups and instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or change shift to accommodate the Co-Chair's or Firm's needs.
