Job description

The Assistant Operations Manager handles a variety of functions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the assigned location. The Assistant Operations Manager is expected and required to learn and understand 100% of the operation in order to serve as back-up to Operations Manager and in order to maintain business continuity. Manages location safety, inbound, daily work orders, warehouse, inventory. Must have supervisory skills & be able to enforce policies.

Must have previous experience in logistics or warehouse setting. Must be computer literate, have a high attention to detail and a strong self-motivated work ethic. Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot between priorities is a must.

Microsoft office proficiency required. Salesforce experience preferred. Ability to quickly learn new software a must. DOT card will be required, ability to drive a 24-26 ft box truck required. Drug test and clear background required.
