You'll support the President by managing priorities, coordinating schedules and travel, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information with care. Beyond executive support, you'll serve as a key administrative resource for both the office and warehouse, helping keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems, and supporting the success of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business owners strongly preferred
  • Experience managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting executive meetings and confidential communications
  • Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated integrity with the ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and appropriately handle highly sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and proactively solve problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business software applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
