Job description

Sensational Facility Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires hands-on cleaning experience paired with strong leadership abilities to effectively manage our cleaning staff, oversee operations, and maintain high standards of service.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.

Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to ensure meeting company standards.

Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement necessary details and

improvements.

Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.

Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.

Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial environment.

Strong leadership and management skills, with prior experience supervising staff.

Background in business operations, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Great customer service

A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
