We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Office Manager (NYC)
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our growing team near Bryant Park in Manhattan.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, managing complex schedules, and helping a fast-paced team stay organized. You'll work closely with our CTO while also supporting day-to-day office operations and jumping in wherever needed.
What You'll Do
  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for our CTO
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Handle office management responsibilities and vendor coordination
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
  • Support team events, office operations, and administrative projects
  • Help with special projects and miscellaneous tasks that keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
