Job description

  • Leading private equity firm is looking for an enthusiastic EA/Office Manager to support a dynamic founder and broader team, and wants to learn and develop professionally. This is a great opportunity to join a young, very successful company and grow with it. Wear many hats and jump in to help in all areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and updating meetings (in-person, video and phone), calendar organization, travel, entertainment and expense management, and other related support activities
  • Manage changing priorities, directing inquiries, and handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment
  • Create expense reports using Concur
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the office
  • Coordinate with building management as needed for related items
  • Prepare, update, and edit print correspondence, reports, and presentations utilizing the Microsoft Suite
  • Able to write, prepare and/or proofread letters and presentations
  • Dedicated to meeting designated deadlines and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Other ad-hoc project as requested
