A leading investment banking platform is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within its Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will exercise strong judgment, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting senior-level executives and interacting with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of administrative, clerical, and business support functions

  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate parties

  • Coordinate and maintain complex executive calendars across multiple time zones

  • Support internal and external meetings, conference calls, and presentations

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries

  • Process a high volume of expense reports accurately and efficiently

  • Utilize CRM and internal systems such as a CRM for tracking and administrative support (training provided as needed)

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents as required

  • Support ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned
