Executive Benefits Analyst
Join the Aon Executive benefits team and develop meaningful relationships with clients and plan participants through administration of their supplemental benefit program.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Bloomington, MN or Atlanta, GA offices.

What the day will look like
  • Own day-to-day administration of individual disability insurance (IDI) plans, including status changes, enrollment, implementation, and renewal activities
  • Recognize out of scope requests and seek appropriate guidance
  • Audit and analyze census, policy, and plan data
  • Drive accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition by updating revenue forecasts
  • Run queries to extract, validate, and analyze data in support of plan administration and decision-making. Adjust queries as necessary
  • Manage master enrollment files and email distribution lists
  • Consistently track tasks and deadlines to ensure accuracy and avoid misses
  • Prepare renewal files and related documentation, ensuring alignment between plan design, pricing, and administrative processes
  • Interface directly with clients and carriers to support enrollments and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Address most participant inquiries independently
  • Use strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear, professional client and internal communications, and support stewardship discussions
  • Demonstrate a growing understanding of plan design, service strategies, and risk mitigation
  • Offer ideas for process or plan improvements and participate in operational task forces
  • Contribute to training efforts and serve as an informal mentor to junior staff, sharing technical expertise and best practices within the solution line

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
