Adobe Advertising is a dedicated team inside Adobe that leads all aspects of ad products. These products help marketing teams quickly plan, build, manage, activate, and measure paid media execution. We are currently seeking team members to be at the forefront of AI and data-driven execution for advertising.

In this role you will help drive the Adobe business by:

Selling Advertising Solutions to Brands Direct "Mid Market". Our goal is to drive adoption of the 3 advertising solutions (DSP, DCO, and Search) which are deeply coordinated within the broader Adobe marketing tools.

Working with Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration sellers (Adobes Marketing Software Sellers) to collaborate on current sales motions to also include Adobe Advertising tools where appropriate.

Represent Adobe Creative Generative AI tools for brands that are interested in adopting DCO + Generative AI software to advance their creative performance in paid media. Today ~80% of the market is not doing creative optimization.

  • The team will be operating in a fast-changing environment.
  • We plan to iterate on the product quickly in response to the needs of customers and it will be your job to help build the future. To be successful you should be comfortable with this fast-paced, startup like environment where quickly evolving the business will be required.
  • This team will have set accounts and quota responsibilities.
  • We are looking for seasoned Enterprise Sellers who have demonstrated success in the media industry. Adobe aims to become a frontrunner in performance media, and with your support we can assist clients in succeeding with a new generation of advertising optimization tools.
  • As a Product Specialist, you will drive new bookings and help ensure value realization for our customers.
What you'll Do:
  • Drive the sales of Adobe Advertising Product Suite, include DSP, DCO, Search and GenStudio. It will likely include the features inside Adobe CDP as well.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to understand market trends, identify customer needs, and competitive landscape within the generative AI and content space
  • Build the future by applying customer analytics and data-driven insights to develop comprehensive segmentation strategies for target markets
  • Own the outcome by developing and implementing a plan with prioritization across accounts that serves as a success roadmap to exceed the quota.
  • Prospect and generate pipeline across a book of named accounts
  • Track and measure the efficiency of go-to-market initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to sales ecosystem
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience crafting GTM strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
  • The ability to take richness of the Adobe Ad Content Supply Chain story and turn it into value customers can understand and deliver on.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of large enterprise-level software sales experience.
  • An understanding of advertising ecosystem and ads managers to navigate successfully in identifying real prospects and achieving goals.
  • Demonstrated history of achievement and consistently surpassing targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with team goals and metrics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $ $300,000 - $375,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Adobe presents starting salaries for sales jobs as total target compensation (TTC), combining base pay and commission. Sales incentives are offered via commission plans. For non-sales jobs, starting salaries are given as base pay. Short-term incentives come through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Additionally, some positions might qualify for long-term incentives through a new hire equity grant.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $268,600 -- $454,350 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $313,800 - $454,350 In New York, the pay range for this position is $313,800 - $454,350 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $287,200 - $415,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
