Job description

The Role

We're seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to provide essential support to our Market Leader. In this role, you'll work closely with market leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and strong attention to detail. You should be highly organized and comfortable taking initiative to find solutions independently. This is an on-site position, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week after completing training. 

What you will accomplish

  • Coordinate the Market Leader's calendar and manage time effectively.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and organize email communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Market Leader and internal teams.
  • Arrange travel and maintain organized schedules.
  • Provide support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Complete monthly expense reports for the Market Leader.
  • Oversee visitor logistics and manage meeting requests.

What we would like you to have

  • 2+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
  • Proficient in managing expense reports in Concur.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in calendar and schedule management.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willing to assist wherever needed, with a passion for training and mentoring others.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
