Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Exchange Mailbox Management
• Provision, manage, and decommission user, shared, resource, and archive mailboxes.
• Configure mailbox permissions (Full Access, Send As, Send on Behalf).
• Monitor mailbox quotas and storage; perform cleanup and recovery operations.
• Manage legal Hold, In-Place Hold, and retention policies for compliance.
Exchange Administration & Monitoring
• Administer and maintain Exchange environments using the Exchange Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Monitor service health, audit logs, and message trace for performance and availability.
• Manage certificates, RBAC permissions, and Exchange-related configurations.
Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting
Mail Flow & Transport Rules
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot mail flow using connectors and transport rules.
• Manage Accepted and Remote Domains, SMTP relays, and journaling configurations.
• Conduct message tracing, NDR analysis, and delivery troubleshooting.
• Optimize routing between Exchange Online and third-party systems.
Security & Compliance
• Configure and maintain DLP (Data Loss Prevention), anti-phishing, and anti-malware policies.
