Job description

nLogic is hiring a System Server Administrator to support MECM administration, enterprise IT operations, endpoint management, and digital training environments at Fort Lee, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
This role combines systems administration, MECM administration, and classroom technology support in a secure Army environment. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform system and server administration, including backups, patching, troubleshooting, and restoration
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, group policies, and related directory services
  • Administer MECM for endpoint configuration, deployment, maintenance, and compliance
  • Support Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows environments
  • Support storage systems, network devices, LAN environments, classroom IT infrastructure, and software testing labs
  • Provide technical support to digital trainers and training environments, including GCSS-Army and related Army training systems
  • Support system analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, IA initiatives, mitigation strategies, and transition planning
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, NETCOM, TRADOC, CASCOM, and local installation IT standards and policies

Required Qualifications:
  • An active, in-scope Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or an additional four (4) years of experience in a full time Systems Administrator role supporting Microsoft Office products
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in systems administration within Microsoft environments
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows-based environments, including deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and configuration management
  • Experience with Active Directory, MECM, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, storage systems, network devices, and enterprise IT systems
  • Experience supporting digital trainers, classroom IT systems, Army training platforms, or similar technical training environments
  • Familiarity with DoD architectures, tactical networks, commercial satellite communications, LAN environments, systems administration, and configuration management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, and IT support skills
  • Familiarity with DoD IT policies, IA requirements, cybersecurity standards, and compliance requirements
  • Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia
