What We're Looking For...
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.

Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
  • Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment:
  • Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
  • Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
  • Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
