Job Description Administrative Coordinator / Learning Operations Specialist Location: Onsite Duration: Contract Position Summary Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (ELCOE). This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who excels in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide operational support for learning events, maintain training schedules, generate reports for leadership, and assist with facilitator scheduling and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities Support daily operations for the Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (ELCOE). Schedule and coordinate learning events, classrooms, and training resources. Generate reports from multiple systems and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.

Build leadership presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Create and maintain pivot tables, dashboards, and other reporting tools. Review facilitator schedules, monitor PTO, and identify scheduling gaps.

Assist with curriculum administration, learning paths, and facility configurations. Communicate training schedules and operational updates with internal stakeholders. Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Prioritize multiple assignments and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Perform additional operational and administrative duties to support the team. Required Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, operations support, analysis, or resource planning experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables Data analysis Reporting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting training, learning and development, or operations teams. Experience scheduling events, managing calendars, or coordinating resources.

Experience creating reports and presenting operational metrics to leadership.
