Our tutoring programs accelerate academic results because we tailor each element to the student's unique needs. As a leader in the tutoring and test prep industry, our success is attributed not only to our highly acclaimed, instructional programs but also to the qualified and devoted professionals who commit themselves to helping students achieve success in school each day.
Hours:
  • Part-time role up to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Must have availability Monday - Thursday between the hours of 12-7pm. Some Saturday support may be needed between 9am-3pm.

What a typical day can look like:
  • Oversee center operations and finances - scheduling, invoicing, payroll. Other administrative duties as needed.
  • Drive marketing within the community and schools to raise awareness of our services and student results.
  • Meeting with parents to discuss student performance, progress, and goals.
  • Reviewing student programs, assessing progress against goals, and making curriculum adjustments as needed to ensure students achieve their goals.
  • Connecting with school teachers and administrators to support student success.
  • Supervising part-time teachers to fuel the highest quality teaching.
  • Teaching students if needed.
A successful candidate has the following:
  • A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years experience in education, customer service, and/or management.
  • Teaching/tutoring experience highly desired, but not required.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Driven to help kids achieve their academic goals and be successful in school.
  • Comfortable with financial conversations regarding additional tutoring services.
  • Excited to help grow the Center and market within the community.
