We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Center Director to join our growing Huntington Learning Center team in St. Augustine. What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 1–2 years of management, education, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep the learning center running smoothly by managing daily operations, staying organized, and effectively balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to emails and text messages, greeting students and families, and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.
  • Schedule students and coordinate the schedules of our part-time instructional staff.
  • Administer academic evaluations and tutor students using Huntington curriculum (training provided).
  • Assist with training, coaching, and supporting our team of part-time instructional staff.
  • Meet with prospective families to discuss their educational goals and explain Huntington's programs.
  • Support local marketing efforts.
  • Prepare billing statements and complete routine administrative tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Total annual compensation of $30,000–$36,000, consisting primarily of a base salary with a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Paid time off
