Job description

Job Title : Financial Analyst I
Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $32/hr – $36/hr (W2)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst I to join a dynamic finance team supporting financial reporting, data analysis, and business insights. If you enjoy working with large datasets, advanced Excel, and financial reporting, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and monitor recurring financial reports from SAP to capture Actuals and Commitments.
  • Extract, transform, and validate financial data for Power BI reporting.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations using advanced Excel.
  • Maintain SharePoint data repositories and support ETL processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Partner with Global Data and Master Data teams to maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Support Budget Owners and leadership with timely financial insights.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Analysis)
  • Strong understanding of Actuals, Commitments, and Financial Reconciliations
  • Experience working with large financial datasets and maintaining data integrity
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
