Job description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Work location: Xtreme Solutions Inc. 2859 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339

(Remote working 2 days per week if authorized)

Report to: Company Chief Operating Officer

Classification: Exempt Salary: $60,000-$70,000

As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts to identify uniquely accomplished individuals to guide us forward. You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the information technology communities. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and find candidates qualified for Information Technology for multiple government and commercial customers.
  • Effectively and efficiently screen candidates for basic qualifications.
  • Educate and engage candidates about the company's mission and journey in a compelling way.
  • Drive candidates through the hiring process, ensuring the best experience at all times.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback, iterate on the role requirements, and evolve your sourcing and hiring strategy as needed.
  • Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes.
  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs.
