Looking for experienced harvest floor processors for  USDA- inspected meat processing facility in Texas. Looking for experienced candidates who desire industry growth. Desired experience includes the operation of a captive bolt pistol, hide pulling, all head and weasand procedures, evisceration, brisket splitting, ring and tie bung, etc. At this time, we are only looking for applicants that are experienced in the slaughter of cattle or swine. We are not hiring warehouse workers, forklift operators, or drivers. Please do not apply if you do not have slaughter experience.
