EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a PMHNP to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. We partner with facilities to provide consistent, evidence-based mental health services that improve outcomes and quality of life.   •  Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy 
  •  Develop treatment plans and collaborate with care teams and families 
  •  Document care accurately in EHR 
  •  Participate in interdisciplinary coordination 
Compensation Model
Visit-based reimbursement or W2 hourly position, including:
  •  Initial evaluations (90792, 99345) 
  •  Follow-up care (99214, 99215) 
  •  Psychotherapy with medication (90833) 
  •  Crisis/extended services (as applicable) 
Qualifications
  •  Active PMHNP or PMHCNS license 
  •  Idaho licensure 
  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills
