With multiple locations and expanding operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Evercare’s senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up items

  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team

  • Assist with office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination

  • Help maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Support project management efforts and follow through on key action items

  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners

  • Perform general office duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
