Nightwing is seeking a Building Project Coordinator to join a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The Building Coordinator will be an integral part of the team providing occupancy management for a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility . A successful coordinator will possess a broad range of experience to ensure the ability to s upport quick reaction and longer-term planning for facility requirements. The b uilding coordinator will be an initial point of contact for building occupants for various operational requirements. Working closely the Facilities Program Manager , the building coordinator's primary focus is to ensure the operational coordination across the facilities team, building occupants, and the vendors. The coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, such as mail, inventory and basic procurement of supplies, and logistical support for local movements. The coordinato r will a ssist in emergency situations, such as EMS calls and procedures . Occupancy management will also maintain tenant contact information and other ad hoc responsibilities will support as they arise Building coordinator will support overall building events to include trainings and plan and manage building event gatherings as required . Required Skills : * Demon strate real -world experience coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between building occupants, program teams, and other corporate requirements; * Professional verbal and written communication skills . Must be able to use good judgement across a large audience; * Demonstrated experience as a primary point of contact for a project or customer service role; * Demonstrated experience with workflow management lifecycle with the ability to track ongoing taskings through to completion; * Coordination of multiple stakeholders and building usage to include accesses; * Ability to support facilities and logistical requirements; * Proficient Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; * Willingness and the ability to learn new software; * Coordinate building usage, monitoring schedules of projects, conference rooms, classrooms , and other co-use areas within the buildings ; * Manage petty cash fund; * Coordinate travel for program personnel to include travel expense reports; Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly Desired Skills: * Knowledgeable in facility related infrastructure Required Education: Associate degree or in lieu of education + 3-5 years of experience At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
