Are you a leader with 5-7 years of experience in facilities operations management, groundskeeping/janitorial, hospitality/tourism management, event management, or public spaces administration? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.
