Job Description Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator organizes and facilitates marketing tactics and programs in support of organizational goals, system priorities and related business plans. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the coordinator develops, coordinates and monitors scoping, scheduling, planning and performance of marketing initiatives. This role develops content for use across the organization's digital channels, including social media platforms, website, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, intranet and search engine optimization (SEO). In addition, the coordinator monitors digital performance, recommends improvements based on audience insights and analytics, and advances best practices for digital communications to enhance engagement, accessibility and the overall user experience. Essential Job Responsibilities In coordination with the marketing and strategic communications teams, creates, writes, designs and produces digital‐first marketing and communication content to advance organizational goals, aligning materials with branding and marketing strategies. Includes content for web, email, social media, print and other organizational channels. Serves as a central coordination point among marketing, clinical, operational and administrative teams to facilitate successful execution of marketing initiatives. Establishes, implements and maintains editorial calendars, guidelines and best practices to ensure content is up‐to‐date. Coordinates project activities with leaders, practitioners, operational teams, external partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules, communicating project progress and milestones, and developing solutions to project barriers. Coordinates and manages organizational social media channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, performance tracking, and alignment with brand standards and marketing and strategic communication objectives. Writes, designs and produces marketing and other materials, including website content, social media postings, brochures, flyers and other content. Coordinates design, printing and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring standards for timeliness, quality and cost‐effectiveness are met. Supports creation of digital communications, including website, social media and intranet. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget by managing production schedules, tasks and operations; implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Supports design and production of all physical and digital signage for all LMH Health locations. Coordinates logistics and production for advertising and marketing projects, including video production and photography. In coordination with the Digital Asset and Brand Manager reviews patient verified comments for website publication, maintains Press Ganey Business Listings, website locations, and verified Google Business profiles. Supports Customer Relationship Management database development, maintenance and audience engagement initiatives. Coordinates and assists with events and promotes and represents the hospital in a professional manner. Maintains the confidentiality of information coming into and being disseminated out of the department. Supports broader organizational communications efforts, including serving as PIO on call, as needed. Completes other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage and communicate with a wide range of audiences. Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization skills. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to create, organize and execute plans on deadline. Strategic thinker, creative, self‐motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast‐paced deadline‐driven environment. Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully to provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public affairs or related area. Project management certification or willingness to undertake training. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Knowledge of website and social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEO, etc.) used to assess performance of marketing campaigns.
