Job description

Description

The Integrated Marketing Lead will serve as a hands-on contributor responsible for executing a wide range of marketing initiatives across content, events, digital marketing, communications, research, and project management. This role is designed for a highly organized, action-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can shift between strategy and execution, produce a large volume of work, and consistently move projects forward with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Content & Communications

  • Draft and edit email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and sales materials for a high-net-worth and executive audience
  • Create and maintain presentation decks, including materials presented directly to executive leadership and clients
  • Coordinate social media content calendars
  • Write website content and landing page updates
  • Support executive communications and thought leadership efforts
  • Maintain consistency with Vault's brand voice and positioning across all materials, calibrated to a sophisticated, affluent audience

Event & Hospitality Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing support for client events, conferences, dinners, and sponsorships - including both high-volume, lead-generation events and smaller, relationship-driven client gatherings, which require different tracking approaches and a different tone
  • Manage invitations, registration tracking, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up, with attention to the discretion and personalization expected by high-net-worth clients
  • Own vendor selection and budget tracking for events, including sourcing and quality evaluation
  • Assist with branded merchandise and promotional material procurement
  • Brief internal stakeholders (BDMs, leadership) on event positioning, tone, and messaging ahead of each activation
  • Develop sales enablement materials - one-pagers, leave-behinds, and follow-up content - to support BDMs before and after events
  • Partner with BDMs to ensure event conversations are captured and translated into appropriate follow-up campaigns

Digital Marketing

  • Update website content and digital assets
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
  • Own campaign tagging and attribution structure in HubSpot, connecting event and campaign activity to downstream quotes and bound policies
  • Track campaign performance metrics
  • Support paid media efforts and SEO initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing automation activities

Project Management & Production

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Serve as liaison between marketing, business leaders, vendors, and creative partners
  • Maintain marketing calendars and production schedules
  • Ensure projects move from concept through execution quickly and efficiently

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Compile campaign metrics and executive summaries
  • Track marketing KPIs, including both standard funnel metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and relationship-based outcomes for high-touch events (referrals, repeat attendance, relationship-stage progression)
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

 Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • 5-10+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for a sophisticated, high-net-worth, and executive audience
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness and ability to travel for multi-day, in-person events

Preferred

  • Insurance, luxury brand, or professional services experience - specifically, prior experience marketing to or communicating with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience with relationship-driven, high-touch client events (as distinct from trade-show or lead-gen event marketing)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Event planning experience
  • Social media management experience
