Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

As an ambassador for Titletown, events staff will need to be informative of the development, assist with events throughout the year and helpful to all guests in the park.

Candidates must be outgoing, capable of walking/standing in the park for extended periods of time and helpful to all visitors. This is an event-based paid position and entails weekdays, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Titletown Events team with the set-up, break down and/or execution of various events throughout the year. These include but not limited to Summer Fun Days Showcase, Titletown Beats, Family Fest, Titletown Gameday Live, Titletown Watch Party, Pumpkin Palooza, TTNYE and more. 
  • Provide excellent guest experiences by engaging with visitors, answering inquiries, and offering information on all activities in the park.
  • Knowledgeable about Titletown as well as events of the organization.
  • Work Titletown event activations, which include limited manual labor, including assisting with obtaining waivers, setup and breakdown of equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Ability to work independently and understand event orders for setup/breakdown/execution instructions.
  • Work in a team environment and support overall goals of the development.
  • Maintain and organize event equipment and supplies.
  • Assist management staff regarding special assignments, as needed.
  • Titletown Events Staff are expected to work all large events as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness and desire to get hands dirty and demonstrate an excellent work ethic.
  • Outgoing, fun, curious, mature, positive and a self-starter.
  • Experience or a demonstrated interest in customer service, programs/events and recreation management.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours.
  • Must represent the Packers and Titletown brand in a highly respectable manner.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to reach, bend, climb stairs, and lift objects on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds during setup/breakdown.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions in a park setting.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
  • Upholds positive attitude in a professional environment.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
