FitLab is hiring a Y7 Studio Associate for our South Lamar studio locations in Austin, Texas.

Y7 Studio is where movement meets music. We've created a space that breaks down barriers-making yoga inclusive, empowering, and anything but traditional. If you're passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional client experiences, this is the role for you.
THE Y7 EXPERIENCE
Y7 combines vinyasa yoga, music, heat, and darkness to deepen the connection between mind and body. All studios are heated to 85-95° using state-of-the-art infrared technology, designed to create a detoxifying sweat, boost circulation, and increase flexibility. Classes are music-driven and held in dark, candlelit rooms with no mirrors-helping students turn inward, stay present, and focus on their unique journey. The result? A powerful, transformative practice.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet clients, guests, and members with warmth and professionalism
  • Foster a welcoming environment by offering tours and guiding clients where needed
  • Collaborate with Operations Coordinators, Lead Associates, and Teachers for smooth class check-ins
  • Support the team in daily studio operations and ongoing projects
  • Uphold company policies with empathy and integrity
  • Manage client payments and update accounts using Mindbody Online
  • Maintain the Y7 brand aesthetic, energy, and culture
  • Prep studios for class and support Teachers to ensure a seamless class experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment-including mats, lockers, bathrooms, surfaces, and laundry
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team via in-person, email, and internal systems
  • Confidently multitask, troubleshoot, and make informed decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership

  • Basic computer proficiency (Mindbody Online experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and actively listen
  • Available to work one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Availability to pick up emergency shifts as needed
