Position Overview
As a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our campus and ensuring an excellent experience for students, parents, teachers, and visitors.
This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. You will help coordinate day-to-day campus operations, assist with educational activities and events, support communication with families, and help maintain a positive, organized, and engaging environment for our students.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic-someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families and is interested in growing with us long term.
This position may occasionally require lifting materials and supplies weighing over 25 lbs (11kg).
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily campus operations, including:
  • Create and manage calendars, schedules, class rosters, and administrative records
  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls and assist parents with questions, concerns, and inquiries both in person and remotely
  • Support student check-in, classroom coordination, and front desk operations
  • Oversee and assist as needed while classes are in session to ensure smooth campus operations
  • Assist with student enrollment and other academic administrative processes
  • Organize and support campus events, activities, and classroom setup
  • Maintain campus facilities, classrooms, and equipment to a high standard
  • Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates when needed
  • Support teachers and staff in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, inclusiveness, and positivity among students and staff
  • Stay up to date on Think Academy programs, activities, and events
  • Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as needed
