Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer the client onboarding process, including gathering required information, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to obtain updates as required.

  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, documents, and client files with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Respond to requests for information in a professional and timely manner.

  • Service clients' general day-to-day requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.

  • Communicate and collaborate internally with various operational and administrative departments to facilitate client requests and resolve outstanding items.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; and

  • Manage our Life Well Invested Client Experience Program, including coordinating client recognition, important milestones, special occasions, gifts, events, and other personalized touchpoints designed to create memorable and meaningful client experiences.

  • Previous securities industry education, licensing, or training would be considered an asset.

Compensation

Full-time, 1-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal.

Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses and other incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and the requirements of the position.

This position also provides an opportunity to grow professionally within an established wealth management practice where initiative, contribution, and commitment to exceptional client service are recognized and valued.
