Ready to make your mark in the world of Corporate Services? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

As a Corporate Services Intern, you will work across Global Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services strategy, gaining firsthand exposure to the people, processes, and partnerships that support a global business. What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver a strategic technology-focused initiative improving experience, efficiency, and business outcomes for Corporate Services

  • Production of North American events monthly volume and spend reports to senior executives

  • Planning and on-site execution of employee events and engagements

  • Cvent registration sites - building sites, template creation, reporting.

  • Assisting with sourcing of venues

  • Assist to create and maintain local vendor lists in each city

  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations

  • Helping with our 2026 initiative projects around event technology, client experience, and scope of work

  • Assist with the workflow of catering / conference center events from gathering needs to working with vendors to on-site support

  • Work at registration desks welcoming guests into the Atlanta building for events

  • Assist with travel reporting, data analysis, and program performance reviews

  • Contribute to traveler communications, policy initiatives, and employee experience enhancements

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and travel suppliers to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives

  • Assist with budget tracking, spend analysis, and development of executive presentations and reporting materials

  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services Strategy

  • Research emerging industry practices and identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Develop recommendations and materials for leadership presentations and business reviews

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by summer of 2028

  • A demonstrated interest in accounting

  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and recommendations. effectively

  • Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT)

  • Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
