Lead the development of QumulusAI’s owned-brand activation strategy and help establish signature experiences that become extensions of the company’s brand and thought leadership platform.

Event Operations & Execution

Own end-to-end event execution including:

• Venue sourcing and contract negotiation

• Vendor and agency management

• Registration and attendee experience

• Sponsorship activations

• Travel and logistics coordination

• Executive briefing and engagement planning

• Onsite production and event operations

Build scalable processes that support continued growth while maintaining a world-class attendee experience.

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve performance across the event portfolio.

• Proven experience leading complex B2B technology events from strategy through execution

• Demonstrated success managing executive-level experiences and stakeholder engagement

• Strong project management, budgeting, vendor management, and negotiation capabilities

• Experience building programs and processes in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred

• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology events or experiential marketing

• Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, SaaS, data center, or related industries

• Experience creating proprietary event programs, executive communities, or branded experience platforms
