Position Summary

The Bar Staff is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced venue environment. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized bar, and follows all alcohol service and safety guidelines to create a positive guest experience.

This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13-$5.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until July 24, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
  • Rotate between bar roles (bartender, barback, runner, support) based on event needs.
  • Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies.
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
  • Follow all health, safety, and company guidelines.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Deliver food to customers as needed at certain events.
  • Tear down and set up for private events based on client needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in high-volume or event settings.
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol service practices.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
