Partner with teams across the company to ensure every space is prepared and every detail is covered, creating seamless experiences for our people.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee meetings and events across Uline's Corporate Headquarters, ensuring high-quality experiences.

  • Partner with meeting hosts to plan logistics and provide support tailored to each event.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Catering, Technology and Facilities to deliver seamless meetings and events.

  • Manage employee recognition and company programs that enhance the workplace experience.

  • Prepare reports, including weekly schedules, monthly event metrics and room utilization summaries to track performance and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail, collaboration and communication skills to ensure events are well-executed.
