We're seeking a creative, detail-driven Event Designer to lead the design direction, planning, and execution of events from initial concept through final production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the artistic and logistical sides of events by balancing design vision, client relationships, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead the creative design, planning, and execution of approximately 15 events annually
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication from concept development through event day
- Develop professional proposals, design decks, diagrams, and presentation materials aligned with brand standards
- Manage event budgets and pricing to achieve established revenue and margin goals
