Job description

Event and activity planning and management preferred.

Works with the Marketing and Admissions Department and Branch Directors

Manages the process, scheduling, assistance and management of account activities and events.

Responsible for:

Managing the overall process and development of the events program with the assistance of the Marketer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Hospice Marketing and Admissions team

Responsible for the participation and Management of scheduled activities and events

Works closely with LTC/ALF activity directors, social services directors, DON's and Administration.

Mindful of budgets, expenses and census status

Perform visits as needed

Personally, and professionally responsible for conducting 6-7 Marketing events per week.

Responsible for developing referring relationships from the inside out

Be personally accountable for growth and cultural standards

Perform visits with compassion and understanding with no judgement.

Strong communication skills and teamwork skills with patients, families, hospice, leadership and Liaisons.

Serve as a resource for patients and families

Technical daily/weekly tasks:

Responds to emails and calls promptly.

Attends daily standup calls daily

Monthly report to be sent to Leadership timely.

Attends the scheduled growth meetings routinely

Maintains and follows through with weekly schedule

Protects patient and family PHI and HIPPAA

Complete a seamless approach to managing and executing, education and activity plans weekly.
