Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, customer service, or event rental/hospitality industries.

  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding event needs, recommending tailored furniture solutions, and proactively identifying upsell opportunities through strong product knowledge.
  • Operate autonomously and stay highly organized by managing accounts, orders, changes, and documentation in RW and HubSpot, while responding promptly via email and phone.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, showroom, and operations teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless event execution.

Pay: Depends on experience (Within the posted range)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off

Location: On-site (This is not a remote position)
