  • 10+ years of experience (nothing less)
  • Java AND OpenShift AND Github (Devops mindset) AND Analytical/Problem Solving/Collaborative personality AND ability to hop into 150 unconnected app environments comfortably
  • Not on west coast. Must be MT, CT, or ET
  • Engineer software solutions, including documenting, collaborating with others, and adhering to SDLC.
  • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, educate within a group setting.
  • Strong ability to work independently, yet collaborate with others to solve local problems, simple or complex.
  • Ability to balance problem solving and/or working on a variety of systems unrelated to one another.
  • Passion and appetite to drive technical improvements with the goal of speeding up delivery.
  • Assist other engineers on the team with day-to-day challenges, complex coding issues and/or problem solving.
  • The ability to translate and communicate complex technical issues into simple terms so other non-technical people outside of technology can understand.
  • Experienced in maturing devops and engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience in engineering of either existing or new solutions, enterprise integrations patterns, and/or microservices architecture.
  • Passion for continuous learning and sharing learnings with others.
