Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for the position of Event Installation Driver at a reputable local client in Fort Collins, CO. This exciting opportunity allows you to be a vital part of creating memorable events by delivering, setting up, and dismantling essential rental equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting event rental items, including tents, tables, chairs, staging, flooring, and various equipment. You will ensure all items are installed securely and safely, adhering to installation standards and safety guidelines. Providing exceptional customer service on-site and interacting professionally with clients is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, team members will support warehouse operations by loading and unloading equipment, performing basic repairs and maintenance, and assisting with inventory management to ensure everything is prepared for upcoming events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, warehouse, moving, or maintenance roles

  • Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts

  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (scheduled/paid after hire)

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (driving the client’s vehicle for work purposes)

  • Basic reading comprehension of traffic signs in English and understanding of traffic rules

  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and proactive attitude

  • Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measures

  • Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and inventory/data entry software

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, wind)

  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members

  • OSHA 10, forklift certification, or leadership experience are a plus

  • Dress Code: Grey work pants or shorts and steel-toed boots

Schedule & Availability:
This is a full-time seasonal position with expected hours ranging from 30 to 60 hours per week, depending on event schedules and client needs. Availability Monday through Friday is required, with overtime and occasional weekend shifts based on event demands. Shift hours may fluctuate depending on specific assignments. There is potential for full-time employment after the season.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
